Hi! I am Vilas, (My contact details Mobile no:-[protected]) working as a system Administrator .…. This is to bring to your kind notice that IDS Next is providing very poor services since last few month. We have made several complaints through your customer service and even spoken to all your technical team members, however no action has been initiated to solve this pending cases . According to the SLA Agreement, every case should be solved within a time frame. but now we have to wait for 9 to 10 days for the case to be solved and the best thing about the support, they only ask the property code, case no or log a case and then if the cases is already logged then "you will get a call back" but till now i have never received a call back from ids technical support team. we know and can understand due to GST a Major Upgrade have been done to the software. but still our Property is facing issues regarding the reports. For some urgent issues which we need urgent support we have to wait for 1 to 2hrs and call several times but still we don't get support. By this note, I would request your personal intervention in this matter so as to solve this issue once for all. We are sure that you will understand our problem and take immediate action so as to avoid our guest dissatisfaction. Thanking you and looking forward to your positive response in this regard.
