Poor Streaming of live events

I purchased this service last week in order to watch PGA Live. Streaming is locked up more often than not. The AWS commercial which appears at startup works perfectly - every time. Not a great ad for AWS or NBC Sports Gold channel. How do I get my money back? Ho User's recommendation: Avoid this channel / streaming service.
