Poor Starting Experience

Signed up and paid for Allstate Motor Club. App doesn't work and then put in a request online for trip planning. It said 5 business days. Now I get an email 3 days later indicating 14 business days. I'll already have taken the trip. Not impressed. Will most likely cancel this service and go back to AAA. User's recommendation: AAA is far more superior.
