Poor Service/Taking payments before the date.

Hi, I'm EDI Registered customer with my Registered no [protected] it is an unlimited try contract. I was supposed to pay my last payment before my RTA parking test and this is what they told me customer services before. now today I called to book my lesson, they told me you have to pay first. I believe if u check the phone call record you will find that they told the last payments before the RTA parking test. Thanks, I hope you guys will check.
