The Culver's in Lebanon, IN is the worst I have ever been to! Over the past year since they opened, they have messed up my dinner order three times, and over-charged me twice. I have called the manager repeatedly, after the different incidents, and was told I would receive vouchers for complimentary meals. Never happened any of the times. I was told that the manager would contact me later to make sure I received the vouchers. Nope. Poor, careless service at the window. Poor follow through from management. Broken promises and the managers obviously dont care about ruining Culver's reputation. Repeatedly. Very disappointing. I wont go to this Culvers again.
