Poor service / Overcharges / Insurance issues

Rented a vehicle on line through QEEQ. from 02/08/21 - 02/12/21. I declined collision damage because it's covered through my car insurance as well as AMEX card. Here's what happened: 1) Took them one hour to pick me up at the airport pick up site and the representative I called was extremely rude. 2) Refused to take my insurance and charged me an additional $ 30 daily even though I presented proof of insurance. 3)Overcharged me on my credit card an additional $ 30 (As of 03/07/21, they haven't refunded me or provided any explanation for the charge). User's recommendation: Stay away - They are thief's.
