Poor service / non delivery / late response

I'm truly disappointed and angry with Pharmary Direct. Their service delivery standard has dropped from 10 to 0. For the second time now, I have to write emails to find out about my chronic meds. Should I suffer and not get my meds because we have a situation in KZN? What about the fact that I pay for this service irrespective of what is happening in the province or country? I'm at my wits end with you. If you're failing at your job, inform the customer at the least, we don't mind collecting our meds at the pharmacies. We're paying you for convenience not this poor service and always having to remind you to deliver our meds.
