POOR SERVICE – EZSHIP

Using ezship but parcel unable to trace more than a month. CS keep given different stories and excuses. 3 weeks ago said the parcel JUST arrived and completed clearance, waiting for NINJA VAN pick up. Waiting for more than 3 weeks and check with CS again, but this time said the parcel miss batch and still in international warehouse, will arrange to ship and need to wait for another 3 weeks. Not allowed to cancel or refund. Refused to admit the parcel is lost. Only ask customer to wait and honestly can't trace the parcel at all. CS said only can REFUND if THEY VERIFY the parcel is LOST. Meaning that we can't get the refund forever if they not admit it. SO TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND EZSHIP IS SUCK !!! Parcel statkkkkkkkk User's recommendation: DO NOT USE EZSHIP SERVICE.
