Poor Service, Dishonest Vendor

This outfit is the WORST online vendor I have ever done business with. Avoid them like the PLAGUE ! After ordering several gadgets on their website which were indicated to be IN STOCK, they immediately charge my credit card, then tell me that the items are not available, but will be SOON (in a few days). Several weeks pass, and - nothing is delivered. I go to their "online chat" to find out what's going on, and after much delay and many overwrought apologies, and responses in broken english, I'm told the items aren't available due to "high demand" or some such - would I accept some substitutes ? No, I insist, pls CANCEL the order, I want a refund. "Please be patient" - your items will be delivered in 7-14 days. More weeks pass - no delivery. Back to online chat. "Where's my stuff?" "It was shipped to you yesterday" - they give me a bogus tracking number, which leads nowhere. "We will send you a $20 coupon good on a future order." "No, I want a refund of my original order, its been over a month." "We can't do that." I then post a very negative review of Dino on a ratings website - suddenly, I have their attention. If I withdraw my negative rating FIRST, they'll refund my order. I refuse, and file a complaint with Pay-Pal. So, after all this, I still have none of the items I ordered, and no refund. After reading many other internet reviews, I learn that this is their modus operandi. What a colossal waste of time and money !! To make matters worse, they apparently plant bogus reviews of their company EVERYWHERE, to sucker in more customers. NEVER AGAIN !
