Bought a 3 piece sectional, the love seat appeared to have been used or maybe returned due to felt pads already being on the bottom of the furniture, a small tear in the corner and one of the legs was scratched. Called customer service explain what had happened they are willing to send us another one however 10 days after the fact, went to the store explain to the sales people what had happened they said absolutely positively not they would never ever send out used furniture, no one was interested.
