Poor service ,bad advice high charges

my complaints are well documented but the last info received from STM the trustee used by DV takes the biscuit I have found that over 2000 pounds was taken as fees even before STM accepted the application and then that was 6.5 months after the advice report had expired User's recommendation: keep away if you value your sanity.
