I don't understand how a customer, me, can be very clear about the service I need and your employees can miss the clarity of the request. I needed brakes and ask for a brake check, I needed 2 tires and called a day ahead. Was told tires would be delivered Sat ,8/13.i had to wait for my car from 22a to after 5p to get the car. First I was called about did I need 2 tires or 1. Then after arriving to service ctr they had not check my brakes. I will never use this company again. I and I will tell my User's recommendation: Do not use this company.
