They told me to drove my car right behind the truck through all the tolls and I would be ok and now I am now being charged with several toll violations that can have my license taken away from me. They had poor service from the start and they also did not give me the EZ Pass that I paid for... instead I was billed for it and still had to pay for the toll violations for my truck as well..... They also gave me a truck that had issues that could have turned out fatal as the windshield wipers were bad and we traveled through torrential rain and my driver could not see for miles. My things got wet as there was a leak in the back and cab of truck. The side view mirror on drivers side was damaged and then the glove box broke and I could not retrieve my papers and when I told Budget the did not send me the papers and only gave money when I still had to pay for the truck tolls. This is a company I will never use again and I would not have anyone else use them either. They have a lot of things to correct so no one gets hurt... maybe have every inspected fully and be sure to give their renters all things they pay for.
