Poor service and down right lies.

My son took my Yukon in to have the alignment for your valuated and adjusted since we had already had one there that we were told was under warranty. my son didn't even leave the parking lot he went in and talked to the guy said something was wrong things weren't right and I kept telling him no it was perfect you put it on the computer everything was lit the way it should be. my son took the truck to another garage which did an alignment on a told him what was going on what was wrong and realign the truck to the best of their abilities showed him on the computer where things were wrong. When he call back Monroe to tell him about the findings he proceeded to lie to my son saying that we had scheduled an appointment for the 24th and you never did that. Our appointment was for this past Saturday June 20th. when my son asked him who the manager was the kid laughed in his face and said he's on vacation. My son asked who is above him and he informed him and he's not here Good Luck. User's recommendation: Their word means nothing.
