Poor sales

Ordered a gaming chair 40 days ago was told would receive it on 39th day fair enough considering current climate ... so why on the 40th day do i still not have a chair.it's coming from Devon not Taiwan.managed to contact said company to be told we do have that chair in stock......40 days after taking my 320 pounds
