I placed an order, but then I needed to cancel the order after 2 days. The policy unfortunately is that once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Which is ridiculous. Then after I received the order I had to go down to a Joann's store unless I wanted to mail in my return minus the restocking and shipping. Store return was easy enough, but the minused the shipping! I guess I've been spolied by Amazon's excellent return policy. I will NEVER order anything from Joann's again, lesson learned. User's recommendation: If you can, go to the store and always ask for a recipet.
