I love the items at Eddie Bauer but having to return one for wrong size is a pain. Unlike LL Bean and others, they do not send a return label. You must go online to start a return. They then ask for your order number which is not anywhere on the slip enclosed with the item! I had to hunt it up from an old email. You also have to then print the stuff and pay for return shipping. User's recommendation: LLBean and Lands End have better return policies.
