We purchased a Samsung dryer and washing machine from a big box store 2 years ago. We have had nothing but issues with both products. The manual is poorly written and clearly designed to make you call in repair services to fix the issues. We have had 3 visits from repair people and currently face repair bills again for over $500. We are looking to replace them and will never buy a Samsung dryer or washing machine again. This is one of our worst purchases ever. User's recommendation: Do not buy a Samsung Dryer.
