Firstly, they have no credible people to contact. The registration process is unbelievably slow they take two days to check you out. They want your driver's licence/passport or both to register. After providing this information my identification information was stolen from their system and used to apply no credit cards in my name. When I tried to report the incident to them, they stonewalled me saying Lone Star was not the people who told or approved the applications another division was. When I contacted the other division they denied it was the who lost my information. Just a complete ran around. They ended off saying it was my responsibly if they lost the information because I gave it to them free and willingly. Do you know how hard it is to stop thieves after they acquire this information. I'm still trying to resolve matters with the credit consumer agency. Buyer beware; I believe it was an inside job. Don't provide these guys with your personal information or you will be sorry. There are a lot of other online auctions out there that are honest and will be respectful of you private information.
