I live in Lewisville, next to their Clemmons factory, so I wanted to Buy local. Shortly after purchasing a Hayward 350HDN, I started to have problems.They gave me info. for a local dealer. The dealer and repair service disparaged Hayward and, despite being under warranty, demanded reimbursement from me ($635.00). No more help from Hayward. Next season the unit failed again. Same situation all over again. Hayward has a 2yr warranty, Jacuzzi has a 5yr. I'm currently replacing the entire system to Jacuzzi. User's recommendation: Poor product quality, service, and warranty. DO NOT USE Hayward.
