I purchased SONY BRAVIA LED TV 55inch in June 2017 on very high price of Rs 110000, but the TV did not work satisfactorily, and many repairs were done with full screen repair in 2018. This is because of poor quality and now again in less than 4 years the TV became out of order. Kindly intervene and sort out the matter, else I will use social media BR Y User's recommendation: SONY BRAVIA in INDIA needs to improve customer service.
