Poor quality, service from Vincent Chen and lack of professionalism.

9/12/19 I broke a tooth. I made an appointment at Comfort Dentist 9/13/19 located 5201 Roe land Park. I was seen by a Vincent Chen, we discuss two options after the Xrays. His first suggestion, to build up the tooth the second to do a root canal. The stated eleminate the issue with a root canal. Mr. Chen decided to build it up and place a cap on it. I had paid $146.00 for comfort dental gold plan and I paid $710.00. cash that day. Mr. Chen suggested I return the next day the composite applied was wrong. 9/14/19 He replaced it and correct the composite. I noticed the temp cap kept slipping out of his female assistant's hand three times hitting the window, floor, and cabinets. I questioned the quality and of the temp cap after seeing those 3 incidents. The female working on it stated it's just a temp cap! 2 days latter 9/25/19 the temp cap fall out my mouth. It broke more of the tooth off also. I called several times never spoke with anyone. I went to the office and arrived at 3:05 pm and signed in. When asked I informed what happened and when. A Hispanic female calls my name to follow her. I arrived in the area to a dentist chair. Mr. Chen and I discuss what I felt cause the tooth to become damaged from the incident that occurred when the temp cap was being made by hitting the window, floor, and cabinets. The lady standing with us stated that it would not have caused this action because it's plastic. She asked why I allowed her to put it into my mouth? I said I held her word to be a sure thing. Mr. Chen now suggesting the root canal option which I suggested at first in our conversation. I'm told they can not start until I pay $400.00 more. That I did not have! I asked if they had another insurance plan I can sign into. 9/25/19 I applied for care credit to cover the $400 to get started. I mentioned due to the situation I should be compensated for redoing this situation when I wanted the root canal procedure done at the beginning. Mr. Chen then informs me that I expect more than they can do and he won't continue to do business with me. I told him all I came there to resolve my tooth issue. Why should I not expect quality work? A male assistant name Francisco Sosa was rud when I asked for the mirror to see what was done. Did he ask me why? After I was finished and hand it to him snatch the mirror out my had. While I was laying down in the chair he put on and tried to take off the x-ray vest 2 times my hair was entwined. I was holding my hair trying not to be pulled by him. He did not seem to care. He never turned around and he never apologized.
