Poor quality product and no customer service

Order a sectional through Costco, and we tried to refuse it when it was delivered. Leather Sectional was too small(width) and very hard. Costco and Abbyson have been going back and forth and the sectional is still at my house after three weeks. The charge is still on my credit card and I am disputing it. Save your time and not order Abbyson.
