Tv keeps going blank. Had it checked out by infinity which included a new box. Reset according to company specs didn't do any good. Called customer service that didn't do any good either was transferred to another dept they did not respond and cut me off. User's recommendation: Don't buy Sony products. Poor quality, terrible problem resolution. Waited for assistance and was cut off. Terrible ex.
