I had a negative experience with this store. When my order arrived it looked nothing like pictures on their website and was poorly made. I have purchased a chain and must say that it was not worth the money I paid for it. I contacted Kingice and explained what I did not like and all they said was how sorry they were and other similar things. I wanted to return the chain and get a full refund, but right after I mentioned that I would like to get my money back they stopped replying. I would not recommend this store, it's not that good as you might think.
