Poor quality of item

i have not heard from Woman Within even after sending a detailed description of my issue.Didn't return the item because it cost $14.99 and the cost to return was $7.50. not cost effective. User's recommendation: check the items bought if more then one of the same style and discount given because of purchase of more then one item on.
