I bought a home July 2017 from LGI and there are a few problems about this house and the quality of the appliances they put in here. In the first year the gutters spray a leak and the shingles over the roof portion over the garage had to be replaced. Also, the front door outer electrical socket never worked and they didn't replace it. The refrigerator stopped cooling in our second year. In our 3rd year the stove developed a gas leak and it had to be replaced. And now we're having problems with the breaker box tripping when we turn the washer or the dryer on. The walls are not insulated which allows for street noise. And the windows allow a lot of noise also. box User's recommendation: Spend your money on another builder.
