Poor Quality Control, Worse Customer Service!

Brand new 2021 Nitro Z18-Absolute worst Quality control, if they even have anyone inspecting these boats before they leave the factory... Numerous issues of ineptness, bolts with nuts just threaded on and then left as if they forgot to finish the job of tightening. Missing nuts/washers all together. Issues with overall quality, cross threaded sensors in outboard engine block. Inoperable Speedo and water pressure gauges... Pitot water line left lose to spray water inside engine cover of outboard. Service departments ignore customers calls when it relates to problems/inoperable equipment. Corporate customer service representatives are horrible, rarely communicate even to their own dealerships/service departments. Takes weeks just to get responses and answers. Local Tracker Service center loses parts to customers boat, agrees to replace the parts, after customer agrees to pay shipping, then the customer gets ignored, no phone calls returned. Johnny Morris should be ashamed of himself. Out of touch with the customer, poor quality control, and poor communications. User's recommendation: Stay Away from anything manufactured by White River Marine!
