Since closing on 9/2019, not a single pre-closing "Punch List" issue has been fixed properly and instead added more damages. And, during the 12-month warranty period, we reported hundreds of issue via their online reporting system but they did not work on any of the tickets and instead closed those tickets without even looking at it. User's recommendation: Two Thumbs Down.
