Poor quality and poor customer experience from LG electronics

I bought an LG refrigerator (model: LPXS30866D) and have been using it for about 3 years. Two weeks ago, the refrigerator started not functioning, failed to work and provide cold/freeze temperature, and my food went bad. It is a 10-yaer warranty appliance, I called LG customer service, they were not trying to help the customer, they thought I was there to make a claim for money. They didn't want to send a technician to fix the product or let you know how this problem can be solved. Very bad customer experience, poor quality, not recommend to others. User's recommendation: Not recommended.
