Poor quality and extremely poor after sales service

I bought a wall clock paying 7750 which is high compared to other brands expecting a great quality.within 20 months it's dead ,when I approached their authorized service center, they are not keen on service, after my insists they took the item and expected delivery of item is 6 months. User's recommendation: If you are okay with use and throw ,then it's fine.
