How can we start? Furnace failure the first week, appliance failure the first month, repairs agreed upon before moving in taking 6 months to get started, 10 month review of issues not getting addressed until month 14 (actually the repairs are not finished and will carry into at least the next month), AND with every repair requested needing to fight the maintenance people to agree to fix the problems EVEN if they are builder failures during construction.
