I purchased a styling tool and used in between 12-15 times over the past several months. Bristles have been falling out since the third use. There are enough missing now that make it unusable. I sent a message to their customer service department and was told "sorry no refunds, discounts or replacements...period". If they stood behind their product quality, they would be willing to compromise when. User's recommendation: Find an alternative company.
