Poor Platform, Poorer Support

1

After failing to be able to access my courses using Firefox browser I cleared my cache. Still couldn't get the site to work properly so checked for customer support, which if you select the option for student is near non-existent. So, after being directed to a search directory to find a solution to my problem it instructed me to clear my cache. Great. After changing browsers their site crashed a few days later preventing me from accessing my course material. After contacting support, which was a bot and not helpful, I learned from a post on their home page that their services were down. User's recommendation: Boycott Pearson, pirate their materials if you have to use them.
