Poor phone service and attitude
I called upon office opening and requested a copy of prescription. She offered to fax "in a few minutes". I called back an hour later and got another lady who took my info again and said she would fax. I called back 30 minutes later and one of the ladies answered and said she has been too busy helping customers and "it would happen sometime today" in a rather pissy voice. I then said I would have to drive out of my way to go and pick it up sooner. TO MY SURPRISE, she did not offer any remedy like "I can get to it in 10 minutes or so". Does it really take that long to fax a prescription?
