Under staffed, poor training of staff, can not keep techs/nurses. Constant "fill ins" from other locations. Never any consistency in procedures. Nurses are severely overworked with too many patients to manage. DaVita has little to do with dialysis patient care and everything to do with making money for top management. Patient amenities (chairs, TV's etc) are old, worn and don't work. If one complains about these items you are told "it's not in the budget" DaVita is all about making lots of money for corporate management and nothing at all to do with patient care User's recommendation: Check your options, there are other companies.
