Poor order service

Ordered life proof cases on the web site Saturday. Selected 2 day delivery. Paid extra for 2 day delivery. Expected to receive order Tuesday. Called Lifeproof customer service Tuesday evening. Was then told warehouse is not open on weekend, only Monday-Friday. Order would take 24 hours to process before the items are pulled for shipping. Had I known this I would not have paid extra for 2 day shipping. I told customer service this is not explained on their web site and it should be clarified on the site. Customer service said is there anything else they could do. I suggested refunding the 2 day shipping cost as it appears I paid for that for nothing. Customer service refused. I told them I would post complaints as basically it turns out, sorry our site isn’t clear on this but tuff luck.
