Poor online customer experience

First and last time buying anything from this company. Purchased shoes online 6 days ago, and still not able to get confirmation that the item will ship, or whether it is even available to ship. Somehow visibility into my online order disappeared after 5 days. Customer Service reps via phone are not helpful, and actually dismissive. This company will not last as an online presence.
