Poor installation and return of part not needed

When a Fisher & PayKel refrigerator was delivered the men did not know how to install it. Second pair came on 6/24 obviously had never installed this item before and didn't know where to mount the filter, sprayed water all over the cabinets and floor and then suggested taping it to the back of machine! Then they did not flush the filter and I had to throw the ice away. Hard to believe they would send untrained people to do the install TWICE! I do not have confidence that they did it correctly and will call a plumber to check it out. I wish to be reimbursed for this. I was unable to reach the company or customer service by phone, was on hold endlessly and then calls dropped. I wish to return a 6 foot waterline Smart Choice kit that was not needed.
