Poor handling of complaint

I HAVE COMPLAINT 08/08/2021THAT MY TATA SKY DTH HAVING ISSUE FOR BAD SIGNAL AFTER COMPLAINT YOUR REPRESENTATIVE CALL ME AND TELL THAT I COULD NOT COME DUE TO LONG DISTANCE IF YOU PAY EXTRA 500 THEN I WILL COME OTHERWISE NOT I HAVE THE CALL RECORDING OF THIS.THEN I AGAIN CALL TO TOLL FREE NUMBER FOR THE CONCERN THEN AFTER 2 DAY THE REPRESENTATIVE COME AND TELL THAT THE SET OF BOX HAD FAULTY HAS TO REPLACE NEXT DAY WE WILL REPLACE IT BUT AFTER THAT THE SERVICE CENTER IS NOT RESPONDING AT ALL PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.
