Poor Flower Delivery and missing items

I ordered a medium bouquet and birthday balloon for my wife's birthday. I also requested the no contact service due to COVID-19. The bouquet arrived a day earlier than I requested. The driver rang the bell and knocked on the door until I opened it. There was no birthday balloon. The bouquet looked like the small version and not the medium. No flower food was included. I chatted with customer service and they said they would refer to customer care and respond via email. I did not receive a response. I called and was connected to a rude customer care person. I was able to get a refund for the balloon. Was promised 20% refund but received 10%. I have used this service for years but will no longer use it as they have become like the other services like 1-800-FLOWERS.
