Poor customers service and failure to comply withthe COVID 19 law

I am writing to report an incident in which both the manger and the security person were rude and were not in compliance with the 6 feet distance COVID19 law. On 4/30/21, I was shopping at the supermarket #2292; located at 855 Gerard Avenue Bronx NY, 10452. Reportedly, the manager name is Christian, and the cashier name is Karina. The cashier cashed my groceries; placed some groceries in a Key Food bag, and left the other items on the conveyor for me to put in a bag that I brought with me. She then proceeded to cash another customers while I was still placing my items in my bag. The cashier further pushed the bag with the customers items to him over my left shoulder. I asked her, "can you please wait until I am finished. I am still standing here." The cashier responding by saying, excuse me. I said to her, next time please wait until the customer moved away before she began attending another customer. With the COVID19, there should be a distance of 6 feet. The manger and the security person were standing a few feet away, walked over to ascertain the problem. I explained what happened and instead of being apologetic, they were completely the opposite. She said excuse me, what more do you want? Demanded the security person while facing me in a hostile manner. In bewilderment, I looked at the manger, and asked are you encouraging this behavior? Well she said, excuse me, he supported. He shows no regards for me as customer; he shows no regards for my safety, and to be frank, both the manager and the security person escalated a situation instead of deescalating it. I became annoyed and the volume of my voice increased as I spoke to the manger. He turned his back and walked away, exchanging words to the security person in Spanish. His demeanor was completely disrespectful and dismissive. He clearly needs to be trained how to manage his staff and how to treat a customer. User's recommendation: Do not support stores with poor customers service.
