Poor customer support and web site

On 5/5 PM I found myself locked out of my NOOM account and program. I needed to reset my password. I contacted their Support system from which I received emails with instructions for resetting my password. NONE of it was effective. I attempted a CHAT which was equally useless. Finally I found a phone #...it led me back to all the various instructions I already tried. Now it's close to 24 hrs and I am still locked out! I paid for this service. At this point I would cancel but I can't even do that. SO, I am disgusted. User's recommendation: Don't lose your password because they lock you out every so often.
