Poor customer support and service

Two days on the phone with multiple "customer service" reps who did not even understand my problem. Horrible web site. Can't log in myADT but all their employees refer you to it ?!!. Can't link my health account to the security account yet can't open new account at myADT because I need a new email,....... etc. Terrible will soon look for other providers User's recommendation: Avoid it.
