Poor customer service since TSheets acquired by QuickBooks time

Since QuickBooks Time took over TSheets, we have had numerous issues. All employees were disconnected from the system multiple times. We had to manually go in and re-assign access to all employees. Then, multiple times, employees time off codes were deselected. So we had to go in and reassign time off codes to all employees. Upon reaching out to customer service, we were told that they didn't cause any issues and that it was our fault for using their system incorrectly! They refuse to credit us for our loss of time spent on fixing their issues, while simultaneously blaming us for their system shortcomings. farS
