Poor Customer Service/ Problem Resolution

Ok... The week before the Covid19 shut down I had ordered address labels from Colorful Images, online. I received the labels a week later, but my address was left off the label and not usable. I contacted Colorful Images the next day and was put on hold for 25 minutes before giving up. The message that kept replaying told me to leave my message online and someone would call me back. Over the course of the last 9 weeks I have called 12 times and always left messages, again the response message was to leave my number and someone would return my call. Obviously the Covid19 created understandable customer service issues with Colorful Images. Ok.... so today after 9 weeks of trying, I called again and after 12 minutes on hold I got a live person. I told her the whole story, and she told me, because 6 weeks had passed, and I had not contacted their customer service... nothing can be done. I can reorder but will be charged the entire fee again! I told her that after being a loyal customer for more than 20 years that was unacceptable. Do please give me your opinions. I feel like Ive been bamboozled. User's recommendation: Beware and be prepared for unacceptable help with order issues.
