Poor customer service, no follow up,

Update by user Apr 14, 2021 They never call back! It’s a waste of time. Original review updated by user Mar 15, 2021 I had a schedule puck up on 3/13/21 from 2-6pm, no call no show . Called Las Vegas branch but keeps diverting the call to Philippines customer service . Called countless time but they are so clueless . No one called to follow up. Reschedule again 3/15/21 from 10-2pm and again nobody show up. This is the 3rd time. Im very diasppointed of this abusive conduct . Attention owner . Please you make money from us and in return provide us with a reliable and competent people working . Make sure they answer the phone .
