Have now been waiting four months for mechanics for two windows. First repairman in April didn't do a thing and when I received no answer after three weeks, I had to call the company. No record re my parts. Had to wait til June for another repairman. He was really nice but the company called me and scheduled install for July 29. I called to verify appointment today the 29 th and once again parts are still on order and they had no record of appointment! I would have waited all day for nothing!! Now once again I have to wait. Ridiculous!!use wus User's recommendation: Windows are nice but if you need repair, forget it! Once they have your money, they don't care.
