Poor Customer Service for Online Orders

The agent with Online Customer Service could not speak english. She kept saying "thank you" over and over and when I asked a question she would say "ok" and then there would be silence, Saks is a shadow of it's former self. I called back and got another agent that was a little better but still very hard to understand.
