Poor Customer Service Communications

cCCommunication with Customer Service is the worst in the industry and is not improving. Henry Ford recognized the value of customer service in establishing a successful automobile company Tesla does not!!! I needed to cancel a service appointment and due to a medical emergency. I tried voice mail, text and e-mail to that end. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful. And could not reach a salient being. User's recommendation: An inferior EV with a valid warranty and service organization could be a better alternative to TESLA. Customer service and reputation means something in this industry.
